My most recent project was playing around with the different effects available on Adobe Aftereffects and created this flickering flame and turned him into a character inspired by Calcifer from the Studio Ghibli film Howl's Moving Castle.

One of the things I enjoy is Rotoscoping, here is an example where I animated over a dance video. I have always loved how cool rotoscoped music videos looked so I had a play around to make this look like a moving neon sign.

One of the projects I worked on was being given audio and needed to create a small animation around it so I chose to create a simple character, making them lipsync to the audio and then I experimented with camera angles to make the video have a realistic feel of being interviewed.

One of my favourite animated shows is Hilda, so to showcase my understanding of Animation Principles I created this run cycle using a character from the show called a Nisse running through the streets of a background I had drawn.

Another example where I animated over a video to create this cute scene of a couple spinning, I then when into AfterEffects to change the colours and add a small glow effect to help it look more eye-catching.

Here is a short clip is taken from my Final Major Project from University. It tells the story of a Korean Folktale using 2D animation and Stop-Motion Backgrounds, that I created and painted by hand.
